Meet Barakath Banu
Single-mother looking to restart her life
When her husband walked away five months before their second child was born, this young mother didn't sit still.
She opened a small shop selling clothes and children's essentials, providing for her family with her own hands. Today, she earns ₹8,000 a month, barely enough to get by.
Thanks to donors supporting this cause, the Foundation raised ₹20,000 for Barakath so she can restock, reopen her shop, and write the next chapter of her family's story.
