Supporting with Medical Bills
In India, a single hospitalisation can push an entire family into poverty.
For the communities we serve — including newborns, elder citizens, single parents, and those without any financial safety net — getting medical care is rarely straightforward. It is often delayed, unaffordable, or simply out of reach.
At Fathima Fowzia Foundation, we step in where the system falls short. We fund direct medical support for families who cannot bear the cost of treatment on their own.
Covering essential medicines and diagnostic tests for those who cannot afford them.
Supporting mothers through delivery and ensuring newborns receive the care they deserve from day one.
Providing nursing support and monthly care for elder citizens who have no one to turn to.
Facilitating referrals and access to treatment for critical and complex medical conditions.

Little Abrish is only three, but she's already shown more fight than most of us ever will.
A sudden, serious lung infection landed her in intensive care, followed by surgery to help her breathe easier. Her family, unprepared for a bill of this scale, asked not for sympathy, but for a hand to finish what the doctors started.
Thanks to our donors we raised ₹2 Lakhs.
Today, Abrish returns home with her family.
Such contributions will help the Foundation to offer hope to more people.
Mabiya, 70, is living with cancer and has no means to pay for the treatment she urgently needs.
The surgery and medical supplies at Kalpataru Nursing Home & X-ray Clinic will cost ₹29,544, money her family simply cannot arrange on their own.
Thanks to our donors who supported this project.

Srisha, 29, spends her days working as a house help, quietly holding up other people's homes while building a life of her own.
Recently, she was diagnosed with thyroid cancer and now faces an urgent surgery that costs ₹1,20,000, a sum far beyond her reach. She didn't ask for this, but she needs us now.
The Fathima Fowzia Foundation has verified her medical records to confirm the urgency and legitimacy of her case.
We contributed ₹19,588 toward getting her treated.
